Long before you arrive at the studio, we’ll talk about you, your family and this little person you’re waiting to meet. The things that matter to you will shape the experience we create together.
When you arrive, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to know how to do. I’ll guide you when you need me, and give you space when you don’t.
Whether it’s just you and your baby or the people waiting alongside you, this is simply time to enjoy being exactly where you are right now.

We’ll start with a relaxed Discovery Call so I can get to know you, your family and a little about the person you’re waiting to meet. From there, I’ll begin creating an experience that feels completely yours.

Your Maternity Experience
We’ll allow around an hour in the studio, giving us time to create without rushing from one thing to the next. It can be just you and your baby, or shared with the people already waiting to love them.
We’ll mix pieces from the studio with your own clothes, choosing what feels right for you and the portraits we’re creating.

Something Just for Them
There are some parts of your Maternity Experience I’m going to keep as a surprise.
But it wouldn’t feel right to celebrate this extraordinary time without creating something especially for the little person at the heart of it all.
Something they’ll have long after the waiting is over.
Because they were already part of your story.

Design Consultation…
Seeing It All
We’ll arrange your Cinematic Design Consultation for you to come back and see your portraits, before your baby arrives.
You’ll see your maternity portraits for the first time while you’re still living this extraordinary part of your story, and choose the ones that mean the most to you.
You simply decide what you love and how you’d like to enjoy it, from individual portraits to artwork created for your home.

Your Maternity Experience is £89
Your £89 reserves your Maternity Experience and is then yours to put towards the portraits and artwork you choose at your Cinematic Design Consultation.
There’s no minimum spend and nothing to choose until you’ve seen what we’ve created together.
Frequently Asked Questions
I recommend having your Maternity Experience between 28 and 34 weeks. Your bump is beautifully established, while you’re still comfortable enough to really enjoy your time in the studio.
It also leaves us time to welcome you back for your Cinematic Design Consultation before those final weeks, when everything can start to feel a little more difficult.
I always recommend getting in touch earlier in your pregnancy so we can plan the right time for you.
We allow around an hour in the studio. It’s enough time to create plenty of variety without rushing you from one thing to the next.
This isn’t a production line, so the hour is there to give us time, rather than something we’re constantly watching.
Some of the most meaningful things you can wear may already be in your wardrobe.
We’ll talk about clothing during your Discovery Call and can mix your own clothes with some of the dresses I have here at the studio. I also have simple wraps if you’d like to show a little more skin.
The important thing is that what we choose feels like you.
No, and that’s a deliberate choice.
Come with your hair and make-up the way you like to wear it. I want you to recognise yourself in your portraits, not a version of you that somebody created for the day.

Absolutely. Your Maternity Experience can be just you and your baby, or shared with the people already waiting to love them.
Partners and children aren’t extras to the story. If they’re part of this time for you, they’re welcome to be part of the experience too.
Your Maternity Experience takes place at my studio in East Grinstead, West Sussex, conveniently located for families travelling from across Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
There’s easy parking at the studio, so you won’t have far to go when you arrive.
It’s £89 to reserve your Maternity Experience.
That includes our Discovery Call, the planning and creation of your experience, around an hour together in the studio, a little something I’m keeping as a surprise, and your Cinematic Design Consultation afterwards.
The full £89 is then yours to put towards the portraits and artwork you choose.
