I’ve been photographing people and the relationships that matter to them for more than 25 years, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the best portraits begin long before I pick up my camera.
They begin with listening.
I want to know about the people you love, the personalities, the quirks and the little things you notice because you know them better than anyone else. Those are often the things I find myself watching for too.
I’ll guide you when you need me to, give you space when you don’t, and nothing is ever rushed or pressured.
I want you to look at your portraits and recognise everything that makes the people you love yours. Their personalities, your relationships and all those little things that are part of your everyday life together. Ultimately, they’re the things that mean everything.

Everything begins with a relaxed Discovery Call. It’s a chance for me to hear a little about you, what has brought you here and what you’d love to create. You can ask questions too, and together we’ll see whether Woodland Hill feels like the right fit.
Step 2 – Enjoy Your Transformational Experience
Next, you’ll be guided through a Transformational Experience it’s where we bring everything we’ve talked about to life. I’ll guide you throughout, while giving you and your family the space to be yourselves. Nothing needs to be rehearsed or performed. We’ll simply create together and have some fun along the way.
Step 3 – Design Consultation – Create Your Artwork Together
You’ll come back to the studio to see your portraits for the first time. We’ll look through them together and I’ll help you choose the ones you love and decide how you’d like to enjoy them, whether that’s on your walls, workspace, in an album, a Treasure Box or something else entirely.
Step 4 – Feel Connection Every Day
Then your artwork takes its place in your home, surrounded by the very people, personalities and everyday life that inspired it.
