Woodland Hill Photography is based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, and we photograph weddings in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Essex. We will also travel outside these areas; please contact me for further information.

We will use a formal and reportage style of photography and the end result will be a pictorial book of your day; and if you choose packages 2, 3 you will have, as standard, the proof book or a DVD slideshow to keep of your wedding day. With packages 2 upgrade, 3 upgrade, 4, 5 and six you will have both the proof book and DVD slideshow. On the day two photographers will attend your Wedding, along with our assistant. This enables us to capture more of your day, which enhances the story of your Wedding. If you prefer reportage more than formal, or vice versa, then this is not a problem.

Our aim is to make the whole day enjoyable, and for the wedding party to actually like us at the end of the day, rather than complain about the photographers!!

I will briefly outline my service to you: -

As standard we will come to the bride’s leaving address and photograph the bride, bridesmaids, bride’s parents and any other immediate family; we will photograph the bride and her wedding party getting ready if they so wish. We will then go to the church or venue for the service to photograph the groom and his family prior to the wedding (time permitting).

If allowed we will take a number of photographs during the wedding service, and of course, take photographs of the signing of the register.

After the wedding service we will continue to take various photographs of the wedding party at the church (if applicable).

We will then travel to the reception venue and continue to take photographs of the wedding party.

After we have taken photographs of the bride and groom with their wedding cake, we will take a number of informal shots of the reception venue before departing to leave you all to enjoy the ‘wedding breakfast’. For an extra fee we will also stay to capture the speeches, the evening guests and the first dance of the bride and groom. After the first few dances we will then depart.

I like to liaise with you prior to the wedding, so that on the actual day you know what we are up to! This takes away any worry and leaves you to enjoy your day. It also means that I know what type of photography you expect from your day.
